Rex Welding Capabilities:

• The Rex1® welding system is designed for use in pressure vessels with diameters ranging from 900 mm to infinity.

• We maintain a comprehensive range of Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) that can meet most client welding requirements.

• Rex Welding stocks Alloy 625 and SS316L GMAW welding wire, enabling rapid mobilization.
   

The Rex1® system can apply weld overlay with thicknesses ranging from 2 mm to 4.5 mm, depending on client specifications. For greater thicknesses, multiple layers can be welded.
