Rex1® is an advanced weld overlay system developed by Rex Welding, utilized by our trained operators to repair pressure vessels and boilers. Rex1® is a fully automated gas metal arc welding (GMAW) system.

Key Features of the Rex1® Advanced Weld Overlay System:

Capable of welding with various filler materials, including Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel SS316L/SS317L, Inconel 625, and Hastelloy C-276.
Consistent welding speed for boilers: 2.5 m² per shift/system.
Consistent welding speed for pressure vessels: 2 m² per shift/system.
Integrated automatic current control.
Operated via a handheld touchscreen.
Can be operated entirely remotely through an integrated welding camera system.
